  • Occupancy: Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Overcrowding is not permitted.

  • Non-Smoking Policy: Atithi Service Apartment is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Housekeeping: Regular housekeeping services are provided. Additional cleaning requests may incur extra charges.

6. Liability

  • Guest Property: Atithi Service Apartment is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe and secure their valuables.
  • Injury and Damage: Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. Atithi Service Apartment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests during their stay, except where caused by our negligence.
